Volodymyr Terzov

Volodymyr Terzov was appointed as an appraiser at the Kyiv office of DTZ, a leading global real estate adviser. Terzov has five years of experience in the real estate appraisal business. Before joining DTZ, he worked as an appraiser at the Kyiv offices of Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank. His experience includes appraisals of real estate properties in accordance with RICS, IVS and Ukrainian standards, feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis and investment analysis. In the past, Terzov has worked with an impressive list of clients including Adama Holding, Scorpio Real Estate and Esta Holding.
