Volodymyr Tereshchenko
Volodymyr Tereshchenko has joined Werner & Partners, the newly-founded Ukrainian-German law firm, as a partner.
Earlier, Tereshchenko worked as a senior associate at the Arzinger law firm. Prior to this, he was a leading specialist at Ukrspetsexport, Ukraine’s state-owned exporter of military and dual-use goods and services.
Tereshchenko has a degree in law from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University and a masters in international relations and German language interpreting from the Institute of International Relations within Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University.
He also has a Ph.D. in political science, public law and history from Wilhelm University of Westphalia, Muenster, Germany.
