In his new position, Blackman will be responsible for servicing the increasing amount of business process outsourcing in the region and office tenant representation with an aim to building a long-term regional client business.
He will service existing clients across the Central and Eastern Europe regions, targeting and securing new regional opportunities from occupiers.
Blackman has 13 years of professional work experience in the office tenant market, 10 of which have been spent in Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
Prior to joining Colliers International, he worked with Regus Group, Lambert Smith and Hampton and Jones Lang LaSalle. He is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
