On the move: Oleksandra Ratushnyak, 'Orlov, Mikhailenko and Partners'

Oleksandra Ratushnyak has joined the Kyiv-based law practice of Orlov, Mikhailenko and Partners as a senior associate.

In her new position, Ratushnyak will focus on corporate law and mergers & acquisitions transactions. Before joining Orlov, Mikhailenko and Partners, Ratushnyak worked for four years as an associate in the corporate and mergers & acquisitions practice of Magisters, a CIS based law firm headquartered in Kyiv. At Magisters, she rendered legal services to leading Ukrainian and international companies.

Ratushnyak is a graduate of Central European University and Lviv-based Ivan Franko National University.
