Kyiv City State Administration has ruled out the use of force when dismantling a tent camp of supporters of former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko near the building of Kyiv's Pechersky District Court on Khreschatyk Street.

A source in the city administration told Interfax-Ukraine that the executive service should use all of its capabilities in order to convince the protesters to comply with a court ruling and dismantle the camp.

"There has been court ruling to ban rallies. At the same time, the city administration is receiving complaints from residents," the source said.

Therefore, the executive service must execute a court ruling without using force but persuading the protesters to obey the decision, the source said.
