May 19 at 10:17
After a slight enlivenment of the real estate market in Kyiv at the beginning of May, which caused a marginal increase in prices, the market has once again fallen into a coma, according to a report by SV Development.

As a result, prices have started to go down again, the company said. A new low price record was broken on May 16 when two flats were sold at the primary market for $1,050 and $980 per square meter. The flats are located in a new building on Akhmatova street in Poznyaky area. In 2008 when the building was still under construction flats in it went for $2,500 per square meters, according to SV Development.
