Kyivenerho resumes hot water supplies to consumers of heat power plant No.6

On July 3, the Kyivenerho energy distribution company has resumed hot water supplies to the consumers of the heat power plant No.6, the Kyivenerho press service said.

According to the report, this was achieved thanks to the resumption of gas supplies to the heat power plant.

The company said that by 5:00 am, July 3, the temperature of heat carrier was increased to +65 degrees and the connection to the hot water supplies was started in the following housing estates: Troeschyna, Obolon, Raduzhnyi, Lisovyi, Vynohradar.

It is expected the hot water supplies from the heat power plant No.6 will be fully resumed by 6:00 pm, July 3.

At the same time, the energy distribution company said it would not withdraw payment for hot water supplies during network repairs and testing periods.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Kyivenerho energy distribution company has asked First Vice Prime Minister Oleksandr Turchynov to assist in the resumption of gas supplies to the energy generating facilities of the company.

Kyivenerho runs the heat power plant No.5 and the heat power plant No.6 with the electric capacity of 700 MW and 500 MW respectively.
