According to the decision of the Kyiv Council as of October 29, a land lot with a total area of 0.46 hectares at 87 Bozhenko Street in the Holosiyivsky district of the capital was sold to Global-Service Ltd. Company for UAH 10.3 million for the reconstruction of a property into an administrative building.

A land lot with a total area of 0.64 hectares at 5 Stadionna Street in the Solominsky district was sold for UAH 12.6 million for operating and maintaining an administrative and office complex.

The Kyiv Council also sold 0.12 hectares of land at 12b Behterevsky Alley in the Shevchenkivskiy district to Megavan-Plus Ltd. for UAH 2.5 million for operating and maintaining an administrative building.
