The average sale cost of 1- to 3-roomed flats on the secondary property market in Kyiv has increased by 2 percent - or $ 31 - to $1,567 per square meters this October, according to SV Development consulting company information.

The reports states that Darnytsya district remained the cheapest with an average $1,171 per square meters, while Pechersky - where the average sale price reached $2,554 per square meter - was the most expensive. Read the story here.
