Average price of houses in dollars in Kyiv region in October almost 1 percent up
Nov 5, 2009 at 15:30 | Interfax-UkraineAccording to a press release of Kyiv-based SV Development consulting company, the average price of private houses in Kyiv region in the period under review was of $84, 300.
The largest growth in the price of one square meter was registered in Boryspil District at 3.61%, where the average price of one square meter was $1, 239. The minimum growth in the price of one square meter was registered in Obukhiv District at 0.38%, where the average price of one square meter was $1, 374.
The largest fall in the price of one square meter was registered in Vasylkiv District at 1%, where the average price of one square meter was $918, and the smallest fall was observed in Kaharlyk District at 0.36%, where the average price of one square meter was $569.
According to the company, prices for private housing in Kyiv city for the period grew by 1.98%, and the average price per one square meter there was $1, 209. The average price of a house was $140, 500.
SV Development said that the largest share of houses for sale over the period under review was seen in the Kyiv-Svyatoshyne (24% of the total supply), and the lowest in the Makarove and Fastiv districts (2% in each).
SV Development has been operating in Ukraine since 2005 in the segment of consulting on the market of out-of-town real estate and housing estates.
