Kyiv to use helicopters for passenger traffic

As it was earlier reported, in September, the Main emergency situations department suggested that the Kyiv city council create Avia Kyiv municipal enterprise. The enterprise would aim the holding of emergency works in case of emergence of dangerous situations, control over the order and safety of flights above the city. In August, the Kyiv city state administration decided to create a network of helicopter decks on the territory of the city.
