The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) has fined state enterprise Boryspil International Airport Hr 50,000 for abusing monopoly, according to the committee's press service.

The airport groundlessly overstated the level of the terminal fee while servicing cargos.

In addition, according to a press release, the committee fined Boryspil Airport another Hr 5,000 for violating the term for submitting official information at the committee’s request.

Boryspil International Airport is located on a site of around 1,000 hectares. It has two runways: one with a length of 4,000 meters and a width of 60 meters, and the other with a length of 3,500 meters and a width of 63 meters.

The airport has three passenger terminals and a cargo complex.
