Speaking on the ICTV channel Feb. 5, Prime Minister Yuliya Tymoshenko accused Kyiv authorities of abusing power by ordering hospitals to ensure 90 percent support for Yanukovych.

“It pains me to see that the Kyiv mayor is in league with Yanukovych,” Tymoshenko said.

“I was shocked to learn from chiefs of some of Kyiv hospitals that they had been ordered by the city authorities to make their patients vote for Yanukovych,” Tymoshenko added.
