Traffic police have recommend drivers to stay away from downtown Kyiv if possible for four days - from July 25 until July 28 - in connection with the visit of Head of the Russian Orthodox Church Patriarch Kirill to the capital city.
Most events involving Patriarch Kirill will be held in the central part of the city, the PR relations office of Kyiv’s city traffic police department said.
