As of Friday morning, firefighters were continuing to extinguish a grass and peat fire on an area of about 15 hectares in the village of Sosnivka, Ivankiv district. The fire broke out at this site on August 9.
From August 12, two peat bogs were burning in Vyshgorod district, in particular, in the village of Syniak (1.5 hectares) and in the village of Katiuzhanka (0.1 hectares).
The fourth peat bog is currently on fire in the village of Leonivka in Ivankiv district (0.1 hectares).
