Kyiv, August 21 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Kyiv Economic Court at a meeting on July 19 declared Prestige-Tour Ukraine travel agency (Kyiv) bankrupt and started liquidation procedures, according to a court statement published in the official press on Saturday.

Lesia Dobrovolska has been appointed liquidator.

Prestige-Tour Ukraine was registered in 2007 and provided travel services. As of April 22, 2010, the co-owners of the company were Valeriy Tarasiuk (96%) and Lesia Dobrovolska (4%).

The company’s net income in 2009 grew by 2.07% on 2008, to UAH 33.981 million. Its statutory capital is UAH 40,000.
