LVIV – Thousands of fans celebrated the victory of Ukraine's national team in the match versus Sweden in the center of Lviv.
According to an Interfax-Ukraine reporter, fans hugged and chanted "Ukraine is the champion!" and "Sheva, Sheva!" to honor Andriy Shevchenko who scored two goals by head shots.
Kharkiv marked Ukraine’s victory in the match against Sweden by fireworks on the big stage in the official fan zone. Right after the final whistle fans started to dance.
Ukraine next plays France in Donetsk on June 15.
