MOSCOW — Eurovision song contest organizers have offered to sell Russia the rights to the format of the hugely popular annual show, after Prime Minister Vladimir Putin proposed starting a similar contest for Russia, China and Central Asia.

The 39th Molodist International Film Festival will kick off in Kyiv on October 24, with the festival's opening and closing ceremonies held at the Kyiv Cinema.
