The popular actor and musician, Hugh Laurie, who played Dr. House in the TV series of the same name, will arrive in Kyiv on June 17 three days before his concert, according to the Ukraine 2012 information center.
Laurie and his wife will stay at the Premier Palace hotel’s presidential suit.
The organizers of the actor’s visit planned to transport him by a black Cadillac, but he decided to rent a motorcycle.
"We are looking for a suitable one, probably we will rent a Harley-Davidson," the organizers said.
Laurie also said he wanted to walk around Kyiv and decided to attend a match to support the French team. The fact that traffic will be closed in the city downtown during the match did not stop the actor and he decided to walk to the stadium.
On June 20, Laurie will perform with the Band From TV in Kyiv.
