The Mungolian Jet Set

The Mungolian Jet Set

The Mungolian Jet Set project that performed in Kyiv’s Khlib Club last June is now back with a vengeance at the same location, to play at one of the club’s Low Party series. The Mungolian Jet Set is a duet of deejays Paul Nyhus a.k.a. DJ Strangefruit and Knut Petter Sevik, veterans of Scandinavian electronic music. The Mungolian Jet Set’s style is a real ocean of sounds featuring Balearic, dub disco, acid rock, house and groove among other elements. Strangefruit and Sevik are not coming to Kyiv empty-handed. They are bringing their newest material from the recently released double album “We Gave It All Away ... Now We Are Taking It Back” featuring both original tracks and remixes. Moreover, at the upcoming party the duet will be joined by three more musicians in some original costumes, which means we are in for a real live performance of somewhat buffoonery nature – typical for The Mungolians.
