But if not, you can still run some of the same picturesque route with shorter versions of the race, such as 2,000 or 10,000 meters.
A local and national government initiative, the marathon is aimed at promoting an active, sport-loving and healthy nation. To drum up the excitement, the organizers have even prepared a prize lottery for all participants. Move quick to not to miss the registration deadline online on Sept. 17.
