Ukraine is ready to send its nuclear experts to Japan, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has said.
"We have offered the Japanese government the help of our experienced experts in tackling the critical situation in the field of nuclear safety," he told the faculty of the University of Brunei Darussalam in Bandar Seri Begawan on Wednesday.
Yanukovych said that Ukraine had responded to the problems that have occurred in Japan in connection to the March 11 earthquake and offered humanitarian assistance to the country.
