Six Ukrainians evacuated from Libya on board British warship

Six Ukrainian citizens were evacuated from the Libyan city of Misrata on April 14 on board a British warship, the information policy department of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has reported.

The Ukrainians arrived in Malta, where Ukraine’s honorary consul met them and accommodated them in a hotel.

On April 15, the Ukrainians will be sent home by plane on the Malta-Rome-Kyiv route, and they are expected to arrive at Boryspil Airport at 1720.
