More than 60 Ukrainians will be evacuated from Yemen onboard Russian aircraft, TV Channel Five said on Monday with reference to Ukrainian Ambassador to Russia Volodymyr Yelchenko.
Ukrainian diplomats will meet their countrymen. The evacuees will be settled in hotels and returned to their homeland.
As reported, on Monday the first group of Russians arrived in Russia from Yemen onboard an Il-62 plane belonging to the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry. Some 109 Russians who voluntarily decided to leave Yemen due to riots arrived in Moscow.
