Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will not visit Sevastopol this week, Head of Sevastopol City State Administration Volodymyr Yatsuba has said.
"The president has many concerns apart from Sevastopol, he has many issues to resolve, but, frankly speaking, [President] Viktor Fedorovych [Yanukovych] called me and said that he will visit some other time for sure," Yatsuba told reporters on Tuesday, when asked whether the president was planning to attend the celebration of Day of the Russian Black Sea Navy in Sevastopol.
