"Vasyl Dzharty died in Crimea this morning," she said.
The Crimean Council of Ministers reported that it was currently unclear where Dzharty will be buried.
"Metropolitan of Simferopol and Crimea Lazar will hold a memorial service in Simferopol today," Lisina added.
