The restructuring of the Ukrainian state energy provider Naftogaz Ukrainy will call for revising its agreements with Russia's Gazprom, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.

"Naftogaz Ukrainy as a business entity will cease to exist, there will be a liquidation period, and some time after all the necessary formalities are observed, absolutely different new companies will start operating on the market," Azarov told journalists in Kyiv on Friday.

"Therefore, all agreements existing now will be revised," Azarov added.
