UEFA has not issued any ultimatums to Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister and Infrastructure Minister Borys Kolesnikov, according to Chief Operating Officer of UEFA Events SA Martin Kallen, who arrived on a one-day working visit to Kyiv, the Ukraine-2012 Information Center has reported.

The UEFA official denied recent reports in the media that UEFA had issued ultimatums to Kolesnikov.

"UEFA is satisfied with cooperation with Ukraine, and this is an achievement of Deputy Prime Minister Borys Kolesnikov," Kallen said.

"The letter referred to in the Ukrainian media was sent to Borys Kolesnikov on June 29, and it did not contain any warnings or ultimatums. It concerned some issues that remained open as of late June, and we informed the deputy prime minister about this with a request to help solve them. And we do so every time when such a need arises – it’s part of our working process," Kallen said.
