Protesters storm parliament again (VIDEO)
Nov 3, 2011 at 12:48 | Kyiv PostProtesters demand that the parliament vote to dissolve itself. Police estimate that 1,000 people broke into the square where they were stopped by riot police officers.
One police officer collapsed during the clash, probably from faintuing or, and his colleagues took him away from the square. He was given the first aid and than taken to an ambulance.
After all the protesters were removed from the square where the clashes happened, there were squashed pumpkins all over the ground, some sticks and a small copy of the national flag left by the crowd.
“Berkut” riot police officers keep patrolling the area, crossing the square from time to time.
