The government of Ukraine has made a number of amendments to its regulations, reads an instruction No. 1156 of Nov. 9, which has been posted on the Web site of the Cabinet of Ministers.
In particular, the notion of governmental committee was eliminated. The Cabinet of Ministers will form only temporary consultative, negotiating and other auxiliary agencies.
The regulations also contain a paragraph related to the program of activity of the government.
It is stipulated that the program, which determines the cabinet’s strategy, will be developed on the basis of the election program of the president of Ukraine and proposals from members of the government.
The program of the Cabinet of Ministers will be developed for the term of its rule.
The program of the government will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada together with a supporting letter signed by the premier and a draft instruction of the government approving it.
