The reform of the law practice and the prosecution system will be completed early in 2012, according to the presidential administration.

"We expect a presidential decree soon to set up a working group, which is to complete the reform of the system of the Bar and prosecution," the adviser to the Ukrainian president and head of the main directorate for judicial system of the presidential administration, Andriy Portnov, said during the Shuster Live political talk show on Friday.

According to him, the presidential administration is currently working to improve legislation in this area taking into account the recommendations of European experts and commitments to the Council of Europe made by Ukraine in 1995.
