President Viktor Yanukovych’s top ally said Wednesday Ukraine is in crucial talks with both the European Union and Russia and it’s up to the president to decide next month which way the country should go. This is the first time that a senior official has admitted that Ukraine has been de-facto choosing between pro-European or pro-Russian foreign policy courses.
