The state-run Public Security Center 112 is to organize training for rendering aid to the population in the case of emergencies via the 112 emergency phone system on the territory of Ukraine.

"As the Euro 2012 European Football Championship will be held in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Lviv from June 2012, the Public Security Center 112 will train people to render aid to the population through the 112 emergency phone system in each of the cities before the beginning of the championship," the Emergencies Ministry of Ukraine said on Friday.
