Kyiv, November 19 (Interfax-Ukraine) - The Kyiv city organization of Svoboda All-Ukrainian Union has picketed the Embassy of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland asking that Britain formally recognize the famine of early 1930s as an act of genocide against Ukrainians, the Svoboda press service reported.

The press service also said this action was the third picketing of a foreign embassy of a country which is yet to formally recognize the famine as genocide.

The next picket is to be held at the French Embassy.
