Victor Yushchenko Kyiv, Dec. 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Ukrainian President Victor Yushchenko has said that the constitutional reform remains urgent.

"The holding of the constitutional reform is urgent," he said on ICTV Channel on Monday evening.

Yushchenko again stressed the need to form a nationwide constitutional commission, which should be comprised of government representatives, experts in constitutional law and scientists who will suggest their amendments and supplements to the main law.
