Gazprom says Ukraine will have to pay for stolen gas at market price
January 05 at 15:43 | Interfax-Ukraine"The stolen gas cannot be repaid at another price. This is gas that was not received by European consumers, and it should be [paid for] at this price," Gazprom Deputy CEO Alexander Medvedev said on the NTV television channel.
Medvedev is currently representing Gazprom's interests in Paris.
He expressed hope that EU countries would call for Ukraine to resume talks with Russia on gas supplies.
