The declaration adopted between Ukraine and the European Union in Brussels is ill-considered and unprofessional, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said.

"It seems to me that the document we are now talking about is ill-considered and unprofessional, to say the least," Putin told a press conference in Sochi on Monday, commenting on the declaration on the EU-assisted renovation of the Ukrainian gas transportation system.
