Putin: Gazprom won't fine Ukraine $2 billion for underutilizing gas

Moscow, April 29 (Interfax) - Gazprom is not planning to fine Ukraine $2 billion for the underutilization of gas, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has said

"Taking into account the underutilization of gas, the fines for April total $2 billion. These fines will not be applied," Putin said
