The Security Service of Ukraine has declared Victor Lozinsky, the former Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko, wanted on suspicion of committing an especially grave crime.

Ukrainian News learned this from a statement by the press service of the Security Service of Ukraine.

The SBU declared Lozinsky wanted on instruction from the Prosecutor General's Office. The SBU request all who know about where Lozinsky is to inform by the following helpline: 8 (044) 252 3214.

The Security Service of Ukraine guarantees anonymity.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Verkhovna Rada terminated the mandate of parliamentary deputy Viktor Lozinsky ahead of schedule.

Earlier the General Prosecutor's Office instituted criminal proceedings against Lozinsky, suspected of intentional causing severe injuries.

Pretrial investigation of the Prosecutor General's Office established that on June 16, Prosecutor of Holovanivsk district, Kirovohrad region Yevhen Horbenko, district police chief Mykhailo Kovalskyi and MP Viktor Lozinsky (Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc faction) deliberately inflicted heavy bodily injuries on Kirovohrad region resident Valerii Oliinyk, including with the use of firearms, which finally killed him.
