Report: Four people involved in murder of Oliynyk in Kirovohrad region, ex-lawmaker Lozinsky fired gun

Former chief of the Holovanivsk district police department, Mykhailo Kovalsky, arrested on charge of involvement into the murder of Valeriy Oliynyk, told the prosecution that there were four people, involved in the incident, and the victim was shot by ex-lawmaker Viktor Lozinsky, the Dzerkalo Tyzhnya (Mirror of the Week) Weekly said on Friday.

According to the source, the ex-head of Holovanivsk district police department started giving evidence on Thursday, July 2.

Kovalsky said that apart from him, Viktor Lozinsky and the former prosecutor of Holovanivsk district Yevhen Horbenko, a woman was involved into the incident.

Besides, he said that it was MP Lozinsky who was firing at Oliynyk.

The sources told the newspaper that the investigation is currently checking the evidence.
