The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has put on the wanted list the former Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko MP, Viktor Lozinsky, suspected of committing a serious crime, under an order issued by the Prosecutor General's Office, the SBU press center has reported.

The SBU is asking everybody who knows the whereabouts of Lozinsky to inform it by phone: 8 (044) 253 3214.

As reported, on June 16, Valeriy Oliynyk, a 55-year-old resident of Kirovohrad region, died as a result of an incident involving Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko MP Viktor Lozinsky, the former prosecutor of Holovanivsk district, Yevhen Horbenko, and the former chief of the district police department, Mykhailo Kovalsky.

The Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) then arrested Horbenko and Kovalsky on charges of intentionally inflicting serious bodily harm.

The PGO also asked parliament to give its consent to institute criminal proceedings against Lozinsky and arrest him.

On July 3, the Ukrainian parliament took away Lozinsky's deputy immunity.
