You're reading: United Ukrainian American Relief Committee provides humanitarian aid to Ivano-Frankivsk region

Ivano-Frankivsk region has received 300, 000 disposable masks as humanitarian aid from the United Ukrainian American Relief Committee, according to Zoya Tsikhon, the deputy chairwoman of the healthcare department of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration.

"The Ukrainian charity organization passed 300, 000 masks and physical solvents worth $27, 000 last night," she said at a briefing on Monday.

She said that masks had been distributed to regional medical institutions and had also been sent to local government agencies for the population.

Tsikhon also said that the region had started receiving humanitarian aid from foreign religious communities.
