The Health Ministry on Nov. 9 reported that 1, 031, 597 Ukrainians have fallen sick with flu-like ailments and acute respiratory illnesses since the start of the A/H1N1 pandemic on Oct. 29.

According to the latest statistics, 174 people have died.

Some 52, 742 patients, 21, 536 of them under the age of 18, have been hospitalized, 334 are presently in intensive care and 45 on respirators.
