Meeting of the CEI Ministers Ukrainian delegates will participate in a meeting of foreign ministers and a summit of the heads of government of the member states of the Central European Initiative (CEI), which will be held in Bucharest on November 12-13, 2009.

Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Valeriy Dzhyhun said in Kyiv on Tuesday that participants in the meeting and the summit would discuss the results of the CEI's activity over the 20 years of its existence and outline directions for increasing the effectiveness of its cooperation, in particular, through the implementation of joint projects.

Particular attention will be paid to the question of ensuring collaboration between CEI agencies, as well as strengthening cooperation with other international organizations, regional and financial institutions.
