You're reading: Two men wearing medical masks rob several banks in Donetsk in half an hour

Two men wearing medical masks and carrying guns of a rare designon the morning of Nov. 11 robbed an outlet in Donetsk of the Finance and Credit bank, ranking among Ukrainian largest commercial banks, and an outlet of Pravex bank, ranking among Ukrainian large commercial banks, in some 30 minutes.

According to the statement by the PR department of the Donetsk regional office of the Ministry of Interior Affairs, on Nov. 11 at 10:07 a.m. the police department of the Kyivskyi district in Donetsk received information about an attack on the outlet of the Finance and Credit bank on Universytetska Street.

According to Serhii Keller, the head of the Kyivskyi district police department, themen entered the premise, took a sum of money threatening with their guns and left at once.

At 10:30, the police department received another alarm about a similar attack on the outlets of Pravex bank located on Panfilova Avenue.

Police says the robbers escaped in a green car.

Both outlets of the commercial banks were not equipped with video systems. No casualties have been reported.

According to police, the height of one of robbers is 180-185 centimeters. He was wearing a green raincoat and had a big sports bag on his shoulder. The height of the other robber is 176-178 centimeters. He was wearing a grey camouflage coat with hood and black trousers. He had a black sports bag in his hands. They were wearing yellow medical masks.

Experts and investigative teams are working at the outlets. The sum of stolen money is being determined.
