The number of construction jobs registered on the professional recruitment portal rabota.ua in October totaled 66.6% of the general number of vacancies in the sector of construction and architecture, while a total of 27.4% of registered jobseekers have applied for construction jobs.
At the same time, PR manager of the portal told Interfax-Ukraine with reference to the specialists of the Web site that the number of resumes for positions as engineers, architects, designers, construction estimators and interior designers exceeded the number of open vacancies for these jobs by three times, while the number of those applying for positions as construction superintendents, construction team-leaders or procurement specialists exceeded the number of the same vacancies only by two times.
According to the data of the portal, a total of 551 vacancies and 730 resumes were registered in the sector of construction and architecture last month.
Rabota.ua portal belongs to Grupa Pracuj of Poland, the biggest holding in Central Europe in Internet recruitment, and the Network, an international Internet recruitment network that unites leading job sites in 54 countries around the world.
