As many as 299 people have died from flu and other acute respiratory viral infections in Ukraine as of Nov. 15, including 17 over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Health Ministry's press service reported late on Nov. 15.
Since the start of the epidemic, 1.347 million people have contracted flu and acute respiratory infections, including 17,401 in the last 24 hours.
Some 75,862 people have been hospitalized during the epidemic, including 2,489 over the past 24 hours.
Of those hospitalized, 40,490 people have been discharged from hospitals.
