Ukrainian President Victor Yushchenko has vetoed a bill about the introduction of amendments to the state budget for 2009 to allocate UAH 1 billion for fighting the flu outbreak in the country.
The president returned the bill together with his proposals to the parliament for repeat consideration, the press service of the head of state reported on Monday.
