Ivano-Frankivsk, November 18 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The number of passengers using public transport in Ivano-Frankivsk has fallen by 70% due to the epidemic of flu and acute respiratory viral infections, Chairman of the Association of City Transporters Volodymyr Sokhan has said.

"The passenger flow has fallen by around 70%," he said.

Sokhan said that the fall in the number of passengers is linked to the imposition of quarantines in all of the city’s educational institutions and kindergartens and to the fact that people started to use public transport less frequently due to the flu epidemic.
