Yalta, November 20 (Interfax) - Ukraine has not asked Russia for state loans, but Ukrainian national oil and gas company Naftogaz Ukrainy might seek loans from Russian banks, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin told journalists.

The issue "was not discussed on the whole," he said.

"There was talk about how Naftogaz might seek loans from any Russian banks," he said.

"A state loan was not discussed," he said.
